## 1. Community Standards & Prohibited Events

Ticket Africa is committed to providing a safe, trustworthy environment for all event attendees and creators. Organizers may not use Ticket Africa to create, promote, or sell tickets for:
- Events promoting hate speech, racism, xenophobia, or violence against any group or individual.
- Fraudulent, non-existent, or deceptive events designed to extract money without legitimate intent to host.
- Illegal activities, unlicensed gambling, or distribution of illegal substances.
- Events infringing on intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights without authorization.
- Pornographic or adult entertainment that violates regional municipal public decency laws.

## 2. Anti-Scalping, Automated Scraping & Ticket Hoarding Prohibitions

To preserve fair access for genuine fans, users are strictly prohibited from:
- Utilizing automated checkout bots, scrapers, web spiders, or rapid-fill software to secure tickets.
- Circumventing per-customer ticket quantity limits through the use of burner emails, synthetic IDs, or coordinated group rings.
- Hoarding tickets for unauthorized commercial secondary resale, street scalping, or price gouging above face value.
- Sending unsolicited spam or commercial solicitations using Ticket Africa's attendee email marketing engine.

## 3. Platform Enforcement & Account Termination

Ticket Africa actively monitors events and transactions listed on the platform. If a user or organizer violates this Acceptable Use Policy:
1. Violating ticket orders will be cancelled immediately, and QR barcodes deactivated.
2. The event listing or organizer account will be suspended or permanently terminated.
3. In cases of commercial fraud or automated scalping operations, details may be submitted to the South African Police Service (SAPS) or relevant regional law enforcement agencies.
